How do you process payments?

You can pay online via our Big Cartel shop. All payments go through them, and are handled via Stripe or PayPal. All major credit cards are accepted.

How much is delivery within Scotland?

UK delivery is a flat rate of £5 for purchases under £50 and free for purchases £50 and over. Items totalling under £200 are normally dispatched using Royal Mail's First Class Signed For service and items £200 and over are sent using Special Delivery Guaranteed. All orders will require a signature on receipt.

Do you deliver overseas?

The Celtic Peoples were dispersed across the world, from modern day Scotland as far as the middle east. We deliver far and wide to wherever you are!

International delivery costs a flat rate of £10 and orders are dispatched using Royal Mail's International Tracked & Signed service.  All orders will require a signature on receipt.  

The delivery charge does not include any additional import taxes which may be payable on receipt of your item.  Please be aware that following the UK's exit from the European Union, customs procedures and charges may now apply to orders being sent to EU countries.

As of 1 July 2021, items imported into the EU with a value of €22 or less became no longer exempt from VAT. This means that all orders are now subject to the local rate of VAT in your  country.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?

Yes! We use gift boxes made from recycled cardboard, each lined with leaves. All outer packaging is also paper or card based, with the environment in mind. We avoid using plastic wherever possible, and we encourage you to recycle our packaging after use. Better still, why not reuse it for an art project or add it to your compost.

How long will it take for my jewellery to arrive?

Your jewellery will usually arrive between 5-10 working days after ordering. We are a small, independant company, and currently make our designs to order, so it takes a little bit of time and love to get your piece ready. 

Please note, international orders may take longer to arrive due to longer transport times in the post.

Personalised items and custom designs require a little more TLC in our work shop, so these may also take a little longer.

We are not A**zon! And that means we can't ship things instantaneously, but we are very proud to be independant and we think you'll agree that our beautiful jewellery is worth the slightly longer wait.

Something's wrong with my order, can I make a return?

If there is any issue with your order, please contact us straight away via the website, please include your order number so we can find your order.

Can I return personalised items?

Unfortunately we don't accept returns on personalised items. However, before you order something with a personalisation, we will confirm the details with you to check spellings and avoid any mistakes.

How long will it take for my account to be credited after I’ve made a return?

This dependents on your bank and the payment provider, but usually takes around 5-10 business days for Stripe payments, and up to 30 days for PayPal payments.
